IPage 評價与测试 2025 – 符合我们的标准吗？

Buyer Definitely Beware! After doing business with iPage for 6 years, in March of 2024 I was notified my next year of hosting service would increase from 119.99 (already up 20.00 from prior year), to 234.50 -- an amount more than DOUBLE the prior hosting fees. I spoke with them, and was told I could receive a courtesy 5% discount. Since I was being charged over 100% more, this felt like a joke. I told them I was very frustrated, and did not want to do business with them any longer. Rather than doing as I requested and cancelling my service, they billed me for another year at this horrible amount. I immediately called, and was told that even if I cancelled that same day, they would not refund me anything. Because the billing had already completed, I couldn't stop the payment. I felt trapped. And since then, every time I checked my site, it's been down / "under construction" in spite of me not making any changes. Not only was I billed without authorization, but I didn't receive the services I was billed for. BEWARE THIS COMPANY! Whoever is managing them now are the worst kind of crooks. I am not only cancelling them, but also making sure billing alerts are up to not allow any charges from iPage to be processed. Yes, it's that bad.
